Our rates are in GBP (£) for UK clients and USD ($) for international clients. We can often fix the rate to eliminate currency fluctuations for your business.
How do we measure quality? Is there a paid test?
We offer a 1-week free trial with your first virtual employee. If you find the solution doesn't work for you, there is no obligation to pay. If you continue, the first week is billed as part of your initial month.
What is your policy on payment?
Payment is made via BACS to our UK business account. Invoices are due on the 1st of each month to ensure timely salary remittance for the staff in Bangladesh.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Do I interview employees or do you assign them?
We handle the heavy lifting. Based on your consultation, we select the most suitable candidates from our vetted pool. If a candidate isn't a perfect fit, we can change the person without extra cost.
How quickly can we get someone started?
Usually within 2 weeks. However, if we have a suitable professional "on the bench" (unassigned and working on internal projects), they can start within a few days.
Can you provide highly technical employees?
Yes. Bangladesh has a massive pool of technical talent. We hand-pick and test staff to ensure they meet the standards expected by UK/US firms.
Office & Infrastructure
What type of IT and facilities are in place?
Staff work from our physical office equipped with Dell laptops, high-speed broadband, power generators (for zero downtime), air conditioning, and all necessary peripherals (webcams, headsets).
Can they make/receive phone calls?
Yes. Incoming calls are free. For outgoing calls, we typically set up a Skype number or local VoIP line. You only pay for the outgoing call costs.
Operations & Communication
What hours do they work?
Full-time staff work Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm UK Time (GMT/BST). They are online via Skype and Email throughout your workday.
How do I monitor their daily work?
You can request Daily Status Reports in any format you prefer. Additionally, our on-site Shift Managers monitor staff activity and attendance in person.
What happens if my employee resigns?
Staff are required to give 30 days' notice. This allows us ample time to source and train a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Security & Data Protection
How secure is my data?
Our facility is protected by 24/7 security. All staff sign NDAs. For sensitive systems, we recommend a VPN tunnel so your data never leaves your secure network environment.
